It is easily accessible by road from Delhi and Dehradoon. Dehradoon also has a Railway Station and an airport hence it is easily accessible from any part of India.
The weather conditions are very favourable in Rishikesh specially if compared with other cities in Plains such as Delhi/Agra/Jaipur/Udaipur/ Gurgaon etc where the summer season + Monsoon season covers almost 8 months of the year and is not a preferred time. Leaving aside Monsoon months, all other months are weather friendly.
